I built these servers to solve a real problem: accounting teams and SMBs were stuck choosing between expensive, locked-in SaaS platforms or struggling with outdated on-premise infrastructure. I wanted to create something different—a flexible, secure, cloud-based QuickBooks environment that gives users full control without the vendor lock-in or complexity.
What I Built:
I engineered a series of pre-configured Windows Server 2022/2025 virtual machines, each optimized specifically for QuickBooks Desktop (Pro, Premier, Enterprise, and Accountant editions) paired with Microsoft 365. Every server is built from the ground up with the right components, firewall rules, and performance tuning to ensure QuickBooks runs smoothly for teams—whether it's a solo bookkeeper or a 50-person accounting firm.
The servers are deployed on Azure infrastructure with enterprise-grade security, automatic backup capabilities, and multi-user remote access via RDP. I handle all the technical setup so customers can focus on their accounting work, not wrestling with infrastructure.
